Alpha
Alpha is for anyone who wants to explore the big questions around life and faith. It is an accessible, discussion based course which gives everyone the opportunity to ask questions, and to listen to the views and experiences of others. You don't have to come to church services or anything like that, and attendance is free of charge. How Alpha works. Each Alpha night will begin at 7pm with a meal. This is so that those attending don't have to rush around having got home from work. Also sharing a meal gives those attending a chance to chat and get too know each other a bit. About 7.45pm the course leader will make a short presentation which will set the theme for that evening. After this we gather into our groups for discussion. We will aim to finish at 9.30pm The Alpha course will last for 10 weeks. We are confident that wherever you are on the spiritual journey that you will benefit from attending Alpha.
